Composing is an unexpected love of mine. The first thing I ever wrote outside of music class was for The Angel, (written by John DeVrise). As the director, I wanted a piece of music to underscore the final scene, but I could not find a song that fit appropriately. So I decided to write my own (you can listen below). Now, I have composed for additional plays and weddings. As a personal project, I am working on writing my first symphony. Music and storytelling go hand in hand, and I love making noise that helps bring a story to life.
